These terms govern massage and well-being services provided by Prodigia Massage by appointment, at home, in hotels, offices and private locations.
2. Booking
A booking becomes final only after written confirmation by Prodigia and, where applicable, payment of the requested deposit.
3. Prices
Prices are stated in euros. The final price may vary according to duration, location, travel constraints, access conditions, schedule, number of participants and any specific request.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation conditions are communicated before confirmation. Late cancellation or failure to attend may result in the deposit being retained or the service being invoiced.
5. Client obligations
The client must provide accurate information, a suitable location and safe access conditions. The services are non-medical and non-therapeutic and do not replace medical care.
6. Payment
Accepted payment methods are those displayed on the website and confirmed at the time of booking.
7. Liability
Prodigia is liable only for direct damage resulting from proven fault in the performance of the service, within the limits permitted by law.
8. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the data protection policy.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law.
